Join our "Yin to Zen" Online Series, an 8-week journey to holistic well-being held every Wednesday at 8.30 am from 13 Mar to 8 May.

Each class targets specific areas of your body and health, promoting balance, relaxation, and inner peace. With yin yoga sessions dedicated to sleep quality, digestive health, pain relief, and more, you'll experience improved flexibility, reduced stress, and profound relaxation. Together with Bryan, revitalise your body and mind, and reconnect with your inner self.


The recording of the live session will be sent to each registered participant for viewing after the session, for a period of 7 days.
