- Non-refundable
- Shareable and transferable if unactivated
- Once activated, bookings must be managed under one main account
- One suspension of up to 2 months allowed for a fee of $20 per period; request via email or WhatsApp at least 7 days in advance
- Up to 1 month suspension at no charge for medical reasons with valid documentation
