As the year comes to a close, let us prepare our bodies and minds for a more inward and contemplative practice. In this 2.5-hour mindfulness circle, allow Kim to hold space for you as you explore mindfulness techniques to prepare for an intentional new beginning in the coming year. Kim will guide you through various calming, grounding and reflective practices that could be helpful in shaping a daily routine for yourself in the New Year ahead.

There will be moments to pause, reflect and journal, as well as space to share your experiences of the practice if you wish. This event is suitable for all persons looking to include a little mindfulness in their lives, and no yoga experience is necessary.
Dress comfortably - you may like to bring socks & a sweater. Writing materials will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your favourite journal & pens.
