Yin Yang for Gratitude & Grounding
Let the evening hold what the week has gathered.
Yin Yang for Gratitude & Grounding is a 90-minute practice inspired by the Earth element, the end-of-summer season, and the quiet fullness of the August moon.
The first half of the practice begins with grounding, centering, and Surya Bhedana — right nostril breathing — before moving into a slow, breath-led Yang flow.
The second half softens with cooling breathwork, with Sitkari Pranayama and Chandra Bhedana, before settling into longer-held Yin postures.
The session will close with Savasana and a short guided gratitude meditation.
Not a practice to do more.
A practice to return to what is already steady beneath the week.
