In this month's Seeds of Connection, we’ll explore the ancient and insightful map of the Enneagram—a tool for understanding the patterns that shape how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us.
Rather than boxing us in, the Enneagram invites us to notice the stories we tell, the habits we lean into, and the deeper needs beneath our reactions. It’s less about labels, and more about awakening to our essence.
Join us for a light, accessible introduction—no prior knowledge needed. Through gentle reflection, guided conversation, and shared curiosity, we’ll begin to explore the nine core types, how they show up in daily life, and how awareness can create space for more compassion and connection.
This session includes:
• A brief overview of the 9 Enneagram types
• Thoughtfully designed prompts that spark gentle self-discovery
* Group sharing (optional) in a warm, supportive circle
* Space for insight, laughter, and connection
Together, we plant seeds of self-understanding—so we may meet ourselves and each other with a little more kindness.
