A Monthly Gathering of Meaningful Encounters

Once a month, we gather, not to perform or achieve, but simply to be. In a circle of presence, where stories are shared, silences are honoured, and hearts remember what it feels like to be seen, heard, and held.

Each gathering will gently centre around a different theme or activity, sometimes reflective, sometimes quietly playful, but always rooted in meaningful connection. Through it all, we invite slow and soulful conversations that open the door to deeper self-inquiry, to carry a little more clarity, connection, and compassion back into our everyday lives.

No script, only real voices, honest reflections and the quiet magic of shared humanity.

This August: 7 Cups of Mindfulness - Tea Meditation with Guest Teacher Qi Xuan

This month, save an afternoon all to yourself to indulge in a moment of stillness for an immersive Mindful Tea experience. Guided by a seasoned Tea Master, experience the serene rituals of Traditional Chinese tea culture.


Tea meditation weaves together centuries-old rituals with the power of mindfulness. Through this practice, we'll uncover a path to true inner peace, expanded awareness, and a deeper connection to the present moment.

Together, we will:

  • Discover and learn about the basics of Chinese tea

  • Sip through a 7-cup guided tea meditation, bringing awareness to every aroma, sip, and breath

  • Share a space of reflection, quiet conversation, and community
