As we approach the halfway mark of 2025, it's the perfect moment to pause and review the year that has unfolded thus far. Join Kim for a grounding and revitalising session designed to help you check in with your KPIs—your Kick-ass Personal Intentions—and gently course-correct, if needed. Whether you're feeling off-track, craving clarity, or simply in need of some inner space, this session is for you. 

Expect a nourishing blend of mindful practices including:
  • Breathwork to bring balance to the nervous system 
  • Somatic movement to connect with body-awareness 
  • Active meditation to (literally) shake things up and release stagnant energy
  • Relaxation techniques for deep rest
  • Journaling prompts to reflect, realign and reset 

No prior experience is required—just come as you are. This circle is a safe, welcoming space for anyone looking to recharge, find calm, and feel more centered for the second half of the year. 

What to bring:
Wear comfortable clothes you can move and rest in. A shawl or sweater for warmth and a couple of towels or blankets will come in handy to support the relaxation practices. Writing materials will be provided, but feel free to bring your favourite journal and pens!
