Let's support a good cause to give back to the motherland of Yoga by joining Meiyan, Yoga Gives Back Ambassador, for an introspective Yin (Sound) practice this Deepavali. 

Yin is a grounding practice comprising long holds in restful postures. The intention of this class is to target the connective tissues, joints and ligaments within the body while slowing down the mind to restore energetic balance. Yin (Sound) is one of our three specialised Yin offerings, and features sound waves from an ensemble of tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, swinging chimes and more.

All proceeds will be donated to Yoga Gives Back.
