Let us move smoothly through the start of this beautiful motherhood journey, where momentous changes happen within our bodies. With effective use of relaxing breathing techniques, and physical postures supported by props and bolsters, let us ease our bodies into these physical changes while we open our minds and hearts to joyfully embrace our new roles as mothers.

*Participants need to be in their 2nd or 3rd trimester to attend the class
*Prior approval and clearance from the gynecologist/obstetrician needs to be obtained before attending the class
